6 x 400m hill repeats.

Around the lake for warm-up, stopped at campsite for a sports drink. I was soaked with sweat already it was so humid. Then jogged over to the hills. Used the hill on the main road up to the office. Repeats felt good, kept them pretty easy as this is the first time in a while i've done them. Will probably run them faster next time. After hills ran back to the campsite for more sports drink and changed clothes, then another loop around the lake for cool down.
