Solid workout. Moved it up a day because all 4 of my kids are puking like crazy and figured i'll be sick later today or tomorrow and will probably end up taking a few days off.
Grabbed a couple km splits on interval 1 and 3 and they were 3:55 and 3:49. Pretty happy about that.
I'm in a pretty good groove right now, hopefully this sickness doesn't screw it all up.
...oh and that makes 80 in the last 7 days. That has happened exactly 1 other time since Dec '11
