Repeat of last weeks workout. I wasn't happy with the way that went so thought i'd try it again. This was much better. Tried to negative split each interval (success!). All recoveries in 2:15ish except for the last one which was 2:40. I have to remember that running on the crushed stone track adds about 2 secs per lap. Solid workout, just ran it a lot smarter than last week.
