Finally found time to get a run in. Legs were dead tired to start but really wanted to get the workout in so I didn't have that hanging over me. Just jogged real slow to try and wake them up. Decided I was going to give it a go and just be OK if paces weren't where I wanted. Suprised myself by running them at a decent clip, right around where I was going for.
On my third interval a car sidles up besides me and just drives the same speed as me for about 10 secs or so, and i'm thinking this is annoying. Then the window rolls down "Excuse me did you know you are running 10 miles an hour" I think i managed a uh-huh or something "That's fast" he says and then he rolls up the window and stays beside for another 10 secs or so and then he takes off.
Still keeping the volume low on these intervals but really happy with how the legs and breathing are responding
