Ran the warm-up pretty fast just trying to get warm as the wind was freezing. Plan was 3 x 3 miles at HM pace, but i was a little short on time and my shins were talking a bit so I decided 2 x 3 mile. First at HM pace, second at closer to 10k pace. This went really well. Wasn't working too hard on the second interval so that was encouraging.
