Snowing the whole time. Sidewalks were ankle deep in fresh snow. Had plans to do somw quality for the first time in ages but the conditions were going to make it sucky. I did chase down another runner though, which is always good fun, 3/4 of the way down Aldersbrook and then caught her on Sarnia - hence the 4:35 4th km. Ran in my "spike shoes" for the first time. Put 3 1/8" track spikes in my soles and they were awesome but somewhere along the way they fell out. Next time I will glue them in.
