Notes
The plan was 10k to get a sort of "long run" for the week. Early on my legs felt sore and it didn't really get much better throughout so I made it 8. The soreness is not OP type soreness, more like I haven't used these muscles in ages type of sore. More than anything my adductors have a deep ache. I wonder if doing the exercises has changed my form a bit and now i'm using new muscles that are woefully underdeveloped. I also have a cold so feeling a little weak anyway.
Tomorrow will be nothing or just a super easy 20 mins or so.
