Got out a bit later than expected.
Went through the first 12 quicker than I planned, and figured at that point I just try and keep my pace around 5min k's (8 min miles) for the 3 hill loops. Ran the first loop shooting for a 21:30 and was shocked when I saw 20:16. Figured I had blown my chance at keeping this a true progression but decided to keep the effort up. Ran the next one in 20:04 and decided I had to go for the sub 20 that had eluded me the week before. Felt like I barely picked it up yet somehow ran it in 19:39. Score.
Felt strong out there today. It was dark by the time I finished. If I can string some weeks like this together I think i'll be making some real progress.
