3 x (3 x 300) Hills Repeats
The first 5k was just brutal, legs were like lead for the first time in ages. Not sure why, maybe a bit fast yesterday but nothing that should have had that kind of effect. Anyways did the first 5k loop stopped for a drink and stretched out my legs a bit and noticed an improvement right away.
Hills went well, felt smooth, tried to keep them at a moderate effort. In between sets I jogged to the van grabbed some fluids and then jogged back.
Hot and humid again, shorts were completely soaked with sweat by about 10k in, like I went swimming kind of soaked.
Finished strong final 5k in under 25 mins. Was pretty gassed by the end though. Good run.
