Hip was really sore this AM and sooo tight after yesterdays run. I was pretty discouraged early on in the day but just kept stretching and working it all day trying to break up the tightness and get some of the discomfort to go away. Did the yoga routine after work and that seemed to help a lot.

Went out with the hopes of 3 loops but sort of figured it would be 1 at the most. In the end I got 3 in and felt great at the end. First loop my hip was fine but my right glute\pirformis was just locked up and tight. I could feel it stretching and being challenged a bit with every stride. Took the entire first loop for that thing to release. After that the run was good and it was more or less normal.
