Legs are back, things were clicking from the first steps. Found my stride again and just went with it, I knew it was a little fast but I had no idea how fast. Anyways nice to be able to run a 5 min/k pace and be hardly working to do it. Last 8 on the treadmill. Had to take a dump in the woods about 6k in. It's amazing how everything looks like poison ivy when you're looking for something to wipe with.....yeesh.
