Once I got going this went really well. Effort was controlled, had to back off a few times because I was going too fast. Humidity was brutal so was expecting a much slower time than this. Feel like i'm finally starting to reverse the trend of losing fitness and am now starting to maintain or gain. Finally. Legs felt the best they have in ages.
