Got out right after a huge dinner so not exactly feeling all lithe and runnerly, This might be the warmest weather I run in for the next 5 months. Just ran an easy 5ish and finished with a hard 1k in 3:47.
I've officially been running for a month now, feeling good. To say my patience has been tested is an understatement but hey its working so I will stick with the plan.
