Great run.

Made sure to keep it real easy. Wore the Garmin just to make sure I didn't push it. It appears some fitness is coming back. A few aches and niggles along the way but I think that's all from getting the body used to running again.

In my head a 50-60k week is nothing but apparently my body doesn't think it's quite as easy. Whatever.

Thinking about running Around The Bay 30k in March. Something to keep me logging miles through the winter.
