Wasn't going to run today but throughout the day I felt my legs getting tight. I needed to do a good stretch and thought I should do a run beforehand to loosen up. Ran this faster than I thought.

Hamstrings and adductors are sore. Groin seems a bit tight. I am so paranoid about my symptoms coming back but I think any discomfort at the moment is related to all the tightness....I hope anyways.
