Got off early from work today and had the opportunity to get a workout in and had to take it. Road were mostly clear and the sun was out. Something easy just a short tempo to test out the knee. Knee was fine, did a good stretch post run and it iced it over dinner just to be safe.
I have no idea what happened on the 2nd km 4:17 really? I did feel like halfway I sort of fell in a groove and I could have kept going for a while. Stuck to the plan, not trying to force the issue at the moment.
