Notes
Looking for 2 hrs easy. Weather was pretty good, the wind kind of got to me after a while. Out and back with lots of hills: Doncaster, Sarnia, Rolling ridge, Brescia, Windemere. Shoulders were tight and tired by the end. Turned at 1:01.
I was hoping to feel stronger towards the end of this than I did, but then I only got 5 hrs of sleep last night and was feeling completely wiped before I headed out for this. Maybe a bad test case.
Good week despite everything else going on, managed to get all the major runs in. 11 more weeks like this and I should be in good shape.
