Notes

Same course as the last 2 Sundays. Started out and just felt like there was conrete in my shoes. Could not get going. Decided to forget about time or anything and just try and get a decent run in. To be able to run the time I did on this course while feeling the way I did must mean i'm getting my trail legs back.
