Notes

Stretch, walk 2 laps. 2 sets of 20 dumbell curls with abs in between. Walk 2 laps and repeat curls. 3x30s ab planks. Stretch. Massage at 7pm. Soreness in SI joint after bumping mileage up. Easy week.
