Notes

Ran really easy. First mile was 10:20, last mile was 7:15. Fairly even speeding up of the pace as I went. Legs were definitely sore starting out but I felt pretty good when I finished. Thought about doing some body bot workouts afterwards, but hung out with some friends that were visiting before they left so I might do them tonight.
