Running the Island Trail backwards was very trippy...I got pretty dizzy and that didn't really go away. Not a horrible race given the amount of training I've done to this point, about what I would have expected performance wise last Summer when I had some really good races for the shape I was in, but there's certainly a lot of room for improvement. Dizziness wasn't as bad on the other trails but never really went away until about 20 minutes and a few cups of soup after the race.
