Ankle was pretty sore on today's run. Got out of work really late, so my run didn't start until after 7:00. Got to use the headlamp for the first time in months. Felt pretty good running other than the angry ankle, which started to bug me a bit less than a mile into the run. Feels fine now that I've stopped.
