Technically a 5k race (I think I was sub-20?) but I did quarter repeats instead: 75, 76, 77, 81 (uphill), 69 (downhill), 76 (2:27 for 0.46 miles, actually) - quarter mile rest between repeats at ~8 minute pace. They felt pretty good and I was running consistently despite having to bob and weave around people. Been a while since I've done quarters, I'm happy with the workout.
