A Random Run

Notes

Warm up and cool down from the race today. I started by running the course backwards a couple of hours before the race at a nice and easy 9-9:15 pace. I did some more warming up and moving around over the next few hours until the race started. This afternoon I spent a lot of time on my feet and now my legs are pretty sore.
