Notes

3 mile warm up before the quarters, and 3 miles cool down after the quarters. I alternated directions running around the track, since there was nobody else on it except for an old lady walking the outside lane during the cool down. She was nice. I ran (about) 7:53, 7:10, 7:09 for warm up, and 9:05, 8:09 and 7:39 for the cool down.
