My left achilles tendon ached a bit on the warm up and the lunges - I need to take a few days to recover and hope that it doesn't get worse. The rows were really easy, and I can move up on the squats. I'm not so sure that the swiss ball crunches are all that particularly beneficial anymore. I think it's time to switch them out for something more challenging.
