Notes
I did half of the 400m repeats with the folks I coach, so for me it was 4x400m. I felt great for the first 200m, but then could tell 3 or 4 steps later that I haven't been running for a month and a half but would finish with even splits. First 3 were low 80s, last one was 73 seconds, running at just ahead of the pace of whoever was in the lead when I was running. I felt fine, which is a great sign. Maybe it's was a muscle strain instead of a hernia after all. I'll try running a little further this weekend and see how that goes.
Garmin was wigging out on me again so no actual distance tracked, going off my best guess estimate.
