Notes
Great workout this morning with Sheri, Kristin, Wayne & Alan at the indoor track. I was about 15 minutes late getting there so I missed the start of the warm up, but they still did plenty so I was in good shape. Felt good, managed to run at pace when I took the point, did a bit of joggling during the cool down with some tennis balls. Most of my notes are up above. Felt strong the entire time.
