Tried going over the dam near my brother's house, but security turned me around. Instead I ran up past a farm near there and found a trail that is about 3/4 of a mile long that went down to the water. Very hilly once I was no longer right next to the river. I felt good. It was a bit chilly on the way out with the wind in my face, but I was shirtless on the way back.
