Notes
I felt great. No hamstring problems, and I am feeling much better after last night's headaches. I took the day off from work since I wasn't 100% when I woke up, but was okay after breakfast. It was very nice out, with a chill breeze that was fairly strong. I kept the pace pretty easy with a "comfortably hard" effort for most of the run when my mind wasn't wandering too much.
