Notes

I accidentally reset my watch instead of saving my workout, so I couldn't put the exact rest in. I had about 2 minutes or less of jig jogging recovery between each repeat, and had somewhere on the order of 20-25 minutes of cooling down and had about 13 minutes of warm up. I did the repeats with Dirigo master's runners on the hills at Twin Brooks, and then cut off to do my cool down with the trail monster crew when they went by as we started our cool down. I had to peel off from them, though, because I really needed to use the portajohn. My foot did not bug me too much, but my left hamstring was a bit tender on my cool down.
