Ran nice and easy with the group that I coach. Started with the lead pack, then half way through dropped back to run with one of the new guys at the tail end and chatted with him for a while. Got some stretching advice from Michael about the muscles that are tight by my hip/groin, and bought a foam roller even though my calves don't hurt anymore now that I'm not using the New Balance shoes. The Reach the Beacon party was last night afterwards; that was a lot of fun.
