Solid race today. Back felt fine, legs held up, although I'm still not in great shape with the whole cardiovascular thing. I quickly settled into 4th place, although I lost it twice for 5th, both times while walking the Summit Trail on each loop. Of course, I walk that trail for a reason, it's too short and too steep to bother wasting energy on. I gapped both guys within a minute or two of hitting the Tote Road while they were sucking wind.
