Easy run on the lunch loop. Went nice and slow; footing on the sidewalks was less than ideal. Traffic wasn't too bad until getting back to Forest Ave. I had to go around the front of the school. I was plenty warm for most of the run, but the headwind made me glad I was layered up pretty well. Measured mile was 7:56.
