Pineland Farms Trail Clinic today. Ian, Jeremy and myself led the clinic, about 20-22 people showed up I think. After chatting about trail running and Pineland running for 45 minutes I led a group around the 5k loop then ran back out to meet up with the group running the 25k loop and finished up the campus side with them. Wore the huaraches, which was a little cold standing around in the damp but after a couple miles had warmed up fine and felt good the rest of the run.
