Went out hoping for 13 miles, willing to stop at 6 if I felt crappy. Other than a lot of coughing (which hurt my hip) I felt pretty good, so I created a loop that I thought would be about 13 and thankfully turned out to be. Once I was off of the roads that had traffic my coughing stopped, but whether that was because there was no traffic or there was no headwind I can't really say. Later in the run I was faced with both again and the coughing returned. I got progressively faster throughout the run from mid to low 7s, the only exception being on a short trail section that was flooded. Generally felt pretty good though.
