My quads hurt from 3 hours of running at Sunday River the day before so I guess it wasn't such a bad thing I forgot my duffle bag at home and didn't go to the scheduled track workout. Kept the run pretty short and quick since I wound up being pretty busy last night (was on a conference call for almost 3 hours.)
