Workout tonight was around the back cove with the folks I coach - they were doing a fartlek but I ran with some others that also did a marathon last weekend so we basically just kept the pace nice and easy all the way around. New Balance rep was there tonight and so I wound up getting on a treadmill at different speeds to show how 180(ish) cadence at a slow speed looks compared to 180(ish) cadence at 6 minute pace.
