Actually got an interval workout in myself tonight while coaching. Led the group through 8x400m, although the group had whittled down by the end and I was running in outside lanes so was doing a bit further. Mostly 75-80 seconds, staying a bit ahead of the front runners and then reading times as they passed. It was fun, and going with 2 minutes rest instead of a lap recovery seemed to help people run more consistently than has been the case the past few weeks. Which is good.
