2 days in a row no knee pain. Got out to run with the Trail Monsters, did the warmup then split off to run loops in the woods while they did hill repeats (I figured I didn't need to stress things until I at least had a few days running w/no knee issues.) Met up with them at Ricetta's afterwards for pizza as a fund raiser for Maine Youth Orchestra.
