Ran down the sun at Twin Brooks with Ian and Jim. I was there a half hour early so I got in a few miles before they showed up and then we ran along all the trails. Poor Jim took a hard spill while trying to run on ice without screw shoes; apparently, he had thought about laughing at me for still wearing them when we began the run. I figure I'll keep wearing them until the ice is gone completely; there's still quite a few spots that have ice although all the snow is gone now.
