Ran the Bruiser course this morning. I haven't been on some of those trails for 2 years now; I'm definitely gonna need some more time out there to get the muscle memory in place. I felt pretty good today, I brought the handheld water bottle and a small bag of gummy bears and it seemed to be just the right amount of fuel for the trip. I originally planned to run the Scuffle course afterwards, but after a conversation with Ian I had a better idea...
