Did some hill repeats with the folks I coach. A new guy named Zach joined the group that actually made me work a bit to get up the hill before him (we were doing it in about 40-45 seconds). Nutrition seminar by Karen Knapton afterwards and hten came home to eat way too much spanikopita.
