Awesome run before work this morning. It's beautiful out - still overcast from yesterday's rain, but wet leaves everywhere perfect running temperature. Wasn't even much in the way of traffic. My legs are still a little sore but just in a pleasant aching sort of way; the run this morning was pretty easy as long as I kept the pace slow.
