Notes
I didn't go the most direct route there, but still arrived in plenty of time. Much more pleasant than running down Forest Ave. I ran most of the "race" with Ian, and did part of my cool down with him, Randy, Emma, and a woman I don't know. Ian is trying to talk me into pacing at the Vermont 100, but I'm not sure that that fits in with my plans for a sub-16...but it would be a ton of fun! Decisions decisions...
I was really tired by the time I got back to work. I was a little dizzy even. I think that's because I haven't been eating bananas for a few days and was really thirsty/hungry. It was really humid tonight. Early in the cool down my right calf was really tight, but it felt fine in short order so I'm not worried about it.
I am going to stick to 1 short run tomorrow.
