Notes
It was hot and humid out - glad I stuck to the shade somewhat. My right knee ached a little bit at the outset, but it felt fine in short order. I sweat a lot, but generally felt good most of the run. I extended to the end of the road and back to get a little more distance in. After my shower and after sitting around a bit, my left achilles felt a little tingly; I think that it is sunburnt but not really sure. Could have been bit by something. It feels okay right now so I'll keep an eye on that.
I think that I need to do a better job w/the lactaid. The ol' poop chute hasn't been feeling too good the last few days.
