Nice and easy short run at the Lowell preserve, not even 3 miles. Raining at the start of the run, and bugs were pretty bad, but once it stopped raining the deer flies got horrible so I booked out when it was convenient. I never got directions to Stan's place so I didn't do a long run today as was originally on the plan. Instead I wore the vibrams and ran right through all the puddles and rivers and got muddy.
