Notes

Warmup and cooldown for the quarters. I only did a two mile cool down. Paul showed up this week, but wasn't actually doing the workout, so I quit when he did. I may have run an extra lap on a few of these, but oh well. 7:27, 7:23, 6:58 for warm up and 8:12, 7:02 for cool down.
