Notes
A very easy run just checking out the developments nearby. My right big toe felt funny midway through the run (it did this on Tuesday as well) as though something were in my shoe. It was a different pair of socks and shoes (although the socks were the same style.)
My right knee felt fine running and ached afterwards, although it only ached a tiny bit. I think I'll stick to trails tomorrow.
