Went to the Back Cove with the group I coach while they did repeats around the soccer fields. Didn't move around as much as usual, but I did carry a water bucket from the parking lot to the fields so that has to count for something, right? The back cove is all tore up now - amazing how much it changes when they decide to do construction and I don't go there for a month...
